1. Use of the Site
You represent that you are of legal age and possess the authority to enter into this agreement. MOKFILM provides information about our Paint Protection Film (PPF) products and global agent services. Any unauthorized use of site content is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Responsibilities
If you register as a MOKFILM Authorized Agent, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, text, images, and TPU coating patents, is the exclusive property of MOKFILM. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without our express written consent.
4. Terms of Sale & Distribution
Orders: Submission of an order constitutes a binding agreement.
Pricing: Prices for PPF rolls and tools are subject to change without notice.
Shipping: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns: Unopened standard products may be returned within 30 days. Custom-cut films are non-refundable.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its services are provided on an “as is” basis. MOKFILM disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOKFILM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
